Day-one questions, answered from how your team really decides
The onboarding doc covers the basics. The rest, like why Friday deploys are off or which customer gets special handling, lives in old threads. Mnemo lets new people ask and get the answer with the thread it came from.
Illustrative example (ONBOARD-14): "Can I ship this on Friday?" Mnemo: "Deploys pause on Fridays since the March incident." Source: incident ticket · Mar.
What your team gets
Answers they can check
Every answer links to the message, ticket, or doc behind it, so new people learn the reason along with the rule.
The exceptions nobody wrote down
The special cases that never made it into the handbook, found in the threads where they were decided.
Fewer repeat questions
New hires ask Mnemo first, so the team explains the same thing less often.
From the tools this work already happens in
No new process, and Mnemo needs no software on employee laptops. An admin connects each tool once, and Mnemo backfills its history and keeps syncing.

Common questions
Do we need onboarding docs first?
No. Mnemo learns from the work already in your tools. Any docs you do have in Notion, Confluence, or Google Drive help too.
Where do new hires ask?
In Slack: mention @Mnemo in a channel or send it a direct message.
What if the answer has changed since?
Mnemo answers with the current version and keeps the older one on record, marked superseded, so nobody learns last year's process by mistake.
