When someone moves on, the reasons stay
A role change, a long leave, a resignation: the person who set things up isn't there to explain them. Mnemo has already learned the decisions and exceptions from your team's threads and tickets, so whoever takes over can ask why and see where it was decided.
Illustrative example (# account-renewals): "Why does this account have a custom SLA?" Mnemo: "It was agreed in the March renewal thread, in exchange for a two-year term." Source: renewal thread · Mar.
What your team gets
The why, not just the what
The reasoning behind a setup, tied to the thread or ticket where it was agreed.
What changed, in order
A dated trail of how a process or account got to where it is today.
A faster start for the next person
They ask Mnemo instead of piecing it together from old threads or waiting on a colleague's calendar.
From the tools this work already happens in
No new process, and Mnemo needs no software on employee laptops. An admin connects each tool once, and Mnemo backfills its history and keeps syncing.

Common questions
Does it still work after the person has left?
Yes, for what Mnemo learned from shared channels, tickets, and docs, as long as that content still exists at the source. Deletions carry over where the source reports them. Tools connected through one person's account, like their inbox, can stop syncing once that account is closed.
When should we connect our tools?
Ideally before the handover starts, especially for tools tied to one person's account, like their inbox. Shared tools such as Slack and Jira can be backfilled any time.
What exactly does Mnemo read?
The content of the sources you connect: messages in the channels it can access, tickets, docs, and email from connected inboxes. It doesn't record screens or track activity on anyone's device.
